Jennifer is a Nashville native and a loyal Lakers fan. She’s dedicated to her own personal work and enjoys Pilates and weekly flower purchases for her self-care. While away at work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends- a good laugh, and spending time outdoors when Nashville weather cooperates.

I am passionate about working with those who feel stuck- who desire change and healing, regardless of what life circumstance they have experienced, or stage of life they are in.

I am focused on empowering my clients through collaboration in a warm, safe, and accepting environment. I believe clients are the true experts of their lives, that we all need support, and that an unbiased perspective can be helpful in navigating life’s challenges.”

“The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of those depths.” Elisabeth Kubler-Ross.

It takes courage and strength to start the journey of self-discovery and healing, and I would be honored to be a part of your journey- and hope to laugh along the way.”
